LT-6012VF Laser Tube Cutting Machine

Side Mounted bed : The VF series adopts a side mounted structure with a low centre of gravity and more stable processing

Short Tail Cutting : The chuck can move forward, and the cutting stops between the two chucks, which can achieve extremely short tails and save costs short tail with only 30mm

High Dynamic : Lightweight chuck design Low inertia Acceleration up to 1.5G Speed 200r/min Fast response High productivity.

2+1 Chuck Design : Combined clamping by means of two sets of internal and external rollers and auxiliary clamping plates, servo drive and avoidance technology can realise two chucks zero-tailing cutting.

Savings in processes and costs : one machine can complete multiple processes without sawing, drilling or deburring, which reduces processing time , decreases assembly errors and the workload of subsequent processes.
