LT-6012TF Laser Tube Cutting Machine

Bed sizes for the TF-Series models are based on 12m as standard, with 6m, 9m, 12m and 15m bed sizes available as options,the chucks’ model as shown on the right.

Advantages Of Laser Tube Cutting Machine Chucks

1.Cutting ability
T-Series two-chuck side hanging laser Tube cutting machine, can cut any metal Tubes, with the length of 6-15m, the diameter 8-640mm, and the weight of 2.6 tons or less.

2.Avoidance technology

The front chuck can move forward ≤1400mm, effectively preventing the shaking of long work-pieces and improving cutting precision;

3.Small tailing

The chuck can be controlled to avoid offside reducing waste of tailing;
3D bevel cutting: Support such as V-shaped, Y-shaped, X-shaped, K-shaped and gradual bevel cutting;

4.3D bevel cutting

Support such as V-shaped, Y-shaped, X-shaped, K-shaped and gradual bevel cutting;

5.ACME independent technology

full-stroke chuck, static cutting, higher cutting precision and productivity.
